Nick Stahl -- 'Terminator' Star Surfaces in Hollywood [PHOTO]

After months of disappearing, re-appearing, and checking in and out and back in again from rehab ... formerly missing "Terminator 3" star Nick Stahl was spotted in West Hollywood today.

As TMZ first reported, Stahl's wife reported the actor missing back in May, gave up looking for him in June, reunited with the family earlier this month and and is now seeking treatment for substance abuse.
