UPDATE 6:45 AM PT -- Sources on the set tell TMZ ... after Halle fell, she started throwing up, and that's when people around her became alarmed and called for help. FYI, throwing up is a sign of a concussion.
UPDATE 5:40 AM PT -- A rep for Halle tells TMZ "Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, 'The Hive.' She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."
Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after suffering an injury while shooting a movie.
Sources tell TMZ ... Halle hit her head on concrete after taking a nasty fall.
According to a photo agency, Halle was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A. We're told the injury occurred at around 10 PM. There was an ambulance on scene, and it appears that's how Halle was transported.
Halle was shooting the movie, "The Hive." You'll recall she suffered an ankle injury during another movie shoot in Spain.
Her condition is unclear.
