Sylvester Stallone: Good Genes or Good Docs?

Believe it or not, but most of Sylvester Stallone just turned 66 on Friday.

Here's the 31-year-old "Rocky" star back in 1978 (left) -- and 34 years later, the then 65-year-old back in March (right).

He's a knockout.
