'That's So Raven' Star Orlando Brown RE-ARRESTED in DUI Case

"That's So Raven" star Orlando Brown was arrested AGAIN two weeks ago -- this time on an outstanding warrant stemming from his 2011 DUI case.

TMZ broke the story ... Brown was popped for DUI in August -- but struck a plea deal, dodging a jail sentence. As part of the deal, Brown had to complete an alcohol education program.

But law enforcement tells TMZ, Brown failed to show proof he had enrolled in the class -- so the judge issued a bench warrant. We're told Brown also failed to pay $1,908 in fines and court fees.

So cops picked Brown up and took him to the pokey. He eventually bailed out.
