NFL quarterback Matt Leinart won’t let a little thing like being dropped from the Houston Texans bring him down ... TMZ has learned, he just shelled out $1.45 MILLION on a sweet new beach pad in California.
The former Heisman trophy winner -- whose fractured collarbone all but sealed his fate on the Texans -- will be chillin' out this summer in a 3-bdrm, 3-bath ocean view home in Manhattan Beach, CA.
The beachfront property comes fully equipped with 2 jacuzzi tubs, 2 fireplaces, 2 decks and a panoramic ocean view -- adding up to over 2,100 sq. ft. of perfect space to relax and recover in the non-Texas sun.
Now that Matt’s found an awesome new beach pad ... all he needs is a team -- and a working arm.
