Kelly Rowland has found a surefire way to make sure her boobs don't fall out of the bottom of her shirt again ... she got a longer shirt.

Rowland hit the stage at the Chateau nightclub at the Paris Hotel in Vegas this weekend and to the disappointment of pervs everywhere, no wardrobe malfunctions were reported ... unlike her show in Jersey a few weeks ago -- where she let it all hang out.
