He's out of the hospital, but he ain't out of the woods -- Sean Kingston met with investigators last week to answer questions about his jet ski accident ... and the singer could still be cited.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Kingston sat down with officers from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to determine if any laws were broken.
According to sources, if Kingston ran afoul of the law -- anything from speeding to careless operation of a watercraft -- the singer will be cited.
