Status Quo Enforced in Sheen, Mueller Custody War
TMZ has learned ... the judge in the Charlie Sheen/Brooke Mueller custody case just ruled that everything stays the same, so the custody agreement Charlie and Brooke agreed on won't change.
Charlie's bid for sole custody was shut down, despite the fact that Brooke fell off the wagon in a big way last week.
So both parties keep the custody rights they had when they reached their settlement March 10.
