So far, Kanye's super-ranty, tweetaholic antics have launched him to a HUUGE lead in the "Most Desperate for Attention" category ... followed by The Hoff, Gaga, Ke$ha ... and sister-kissing AnnaLynne McCord who's trailing the pack with only 4% percent of the vote.
