Using his uncanny ability to get people to write him checks ... "Two and a Half Men" star Angus T. Jones brought his GF to a fund-raising event for the Special Olympics this weekend.
The 17-year-old hit the Santa Monica Pier for the 14th annual Pier del Sol -- an event that's benefited roughly 13,000 athletes over the past 13 years.
