Prescription List for Wife of Larry King
TMZ has obtained a copy of the
listing the various prescription bottles found at Shawn King's bedside in Provo, Utah -- a total of eight bottles were found.
Among the prescriptions by at the home of Larry King's wife: Compro, Prometrium, Clonazepam, Ambien, Klonopin, Subutex, Cymbalta and Lyrica.
Subutex is commonly used to treat narcotic addiction. Cymbalta is an anti-depressant, Lyrica is a seizure treatment ... Klonopin and Clonazepam are anti-anxiety meds.
Cops say the bottles of Ambien, Klonopin, Clonazepam were empty -- and that those prescriptions had been filled within ten days.
