Fred Durst swung back at Courtney Love this weekend -- with a quick retaliation to Courtney's recent attack of the Limp Bizkit singer ... the one where she blamed him for the "the worst years in rock history."
According to reports, Love went after Durst at a recent Hole concert claiming, "I have to say, as much as I like Fred, he brought about the worst years in rock history."
But outside Boa steakhouse in Hollywood this weekend, Durst didn't need many words to strike back ...
