Lindsay Lohan emerged from a Hollywood Hills home (not her own) at 7am today -- five hours after leaving her post alcohol ed Cinco de Mayo party -- but according to her, she didn't pull an all-nighter.
Linds -- who was still wearing the same clothes as the night before -- says she caught a few z's at the house ... but she didn't say exactly how many.
