Heather Locklear Case Going To The DA
TMZ has learned Heather Locklear's alleged hit-and-run incident is going to the Ventura County District Attorney's office tomorrow.
The sheriff's department says it's ready to send its file on the misdemeanor hit-and-run case to the DA.
Heather was cited earlier this month after she allegedly hit a "no parking" sign near her home.
We're told the DA will decide whether to charge Heather within a week.
Sources tell us it will be difficult to charge her since authorities can't place Heather behind the wheel of the car.
