Alleged Miley Cyrus Stalker Goes Free
The 53-year-old man accused of stalking Miley Cyrus will be set free today after he pled guilty to two misdemeanors.
Mark McLeod was sentenced to 24 months probation after he was arrested near the set of a Miley movie. He pled guilty to obstruction and disorderly conduct and he will be released to his sister in a few hours.
As part of his probation he has to undergo a mental health evaluation.
McLeod had claimed Miley sends him "secret messages" through his television set and told cops he was destined to be with her and how he had "thousands of pictures and letters to Miley on his computer."
