Judge: Jacko's Crapo Still for Sale!

A judge has told Michael Jackson to beat it -- and ruled that an auction of items from his Neverland Ranch can go ahead as planned.

MJ's dad, a pimpin' Joe Jackson, was in Los Angeles Court today to fight the sale of the items, which is slated to begin April 22.

Despite the loss today, his lawyers will try the motion with a different judge on the 15th. Better luck next time!
