Vinnie Confirms Plastic Surgery, 48 Stitches

Vinnie Jones claims he hasn't had a chance to talk to his wife about his infamous bar-room brawl yet, but somehow dude managed to shoot the breeze with a tabloid reporter -- and admit to plastic surgery.

Jones claims after he got out of police custody, he immediately flew his personal plastic surgeon from L.A. to South Dakota to remove the glass from his face and sew his skin back together -- in a process that required 48 stitches.

Vinnie also told The Sun the whole attack was unprovoked saying, "They started having a joke about my films. The next thing I knew I was on the ground with a glass in my face." Jones added, "I am just glad the plastic surgeon did a brilliant job."
