Our camera guy actually had the cojones to tell Katie Price something the pseudo beauty definitely didn't want to hear -- that perhaps she should lay off having anymore plastic surgery ... ever.
The reaction on Katie's mug probably would have been priceless, but all the Botox made her face void of all expression.
