Heather Mills is actually suing someone for talking s**t about her. That's chutzpah, folks.
The one-legged harpy has filed a "breach of confidence and falsehood" suit against her ex-publicist, Michele Elyzabeth, who blabbed to the Brit tabs about how impossible Mills was to work for and how Mills tried to smear Paul McCartney during their divorce. The Daily Mail says the suit will be heard in the next couple months.
Mills wants $500K -- sofa-cushion stuff for a woman who just got almost $50 mil out of her split from Sir Paul.
