Cristian de la Fuente Sued: From DWTS to SOB

TMZ has learned Cristian de la Fuente is being sued by a man who claims the injured hoofer ran him over after throwing a hissy fit at a Beverly Hills Porche dealership.

According to the suit, which will be filed later this morning in L.A. County Superior Court, de la Fuente was at the car place on June 29, 2007, after parking his car in the service department, blocking other customers.

The lawsuit claims he was asked to move the car, then "in a huff, jumped in his Audi and without looking, hastily put his vehicle into reverse and accelerated into the Plaintiff."

Kazuo Kimura claims he was "knocked to the ground and sustained serious injuries for which surgical intervention has been recommended."

The suit claims de la Fuente "showed no remorse" and "blamed the plaintiff for standing behind his vehicle and then refused to provide his license and insurance information."

The cops came and no citations were issued.

Calls to de la Fuente's rep were not immediately returned.

A second nanny in the Rob Lowe case has filed a cross complaint, and this one is ugly.

Laura Boyce is not accusing Rob of sexual misdeeds, but she's throwing everything -- including the kitchen sink -- at his wife, Sheryl.

TMZ is privy to the complaint, which has been filed in L.A. County Superior Court, but not yet released. Among the allegations against Sheryl:

- Walking around naked, completely exposing herself to Boyce.

- Asking Boyce about the size of Boyce's boyfriend's penis.

- Asking questions about how she could have sex with Boyce's boyfriend, given his 7' height (he's a former NBA player).

- Using her forearm to gesture the size of Boyce's boyfriend's penis.

- Telling Boyce about her sex life with Rob.

- Talking about the size of her children's penises.

- After Boyce allegedly phoned to say she wasn't coming to work because she was sick, Sheryl allegedly screamed Boyce "got strep throat from sucking ni***r d**k. I mean black d**k."

There is no claim of unwanted touching or overture. There are also claims for wrongful termination, abuse of process, unpaid salary and labor code violations.

UPDATE: Larry Stein, the attorney for the Lowes, issued the following statement to TMZ: "Having struck out against Rob Lowe, Gloria Allred now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray. In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred's client, Gibson, has universally received.

Although framed as a sexual harassment claim against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the cross-complaint alleges only words by Sheryl and never mentions any words or conduct by Rob whatsoever. The alleged statements by Sheryl are totally unrelated to, and do not provide any support for, Gibson's claim against Rob."

Former WWE Intercontinental Champion, Santino Marella, was arrested at 2:57 AM EST in Tampa, Florida on suspicion of DUI.

Marella, real name Anthony Carelli, was pulled over after cops witnessed his car drifting back and forth -- he had "bloodshot, watery and glassy eyes."

Carelli failed two field sobriety tests -- including one in which he couldn't hold his balance. He told officers he started drinking at midnight, and had three Miller Lights and one Kamikaze. The ol', "I had a couple of beers."

As first reported by Wrestling News World, when Mr. Wrestler was hauled to the Hillsborough County jail, his BAC was under the .08 legal limit -- .061 and .062. But, he took the test nearly two hours after being arrested so he can still be prosecuted.

He was released on $500 bail around an hour ago.

Taking a break from whatever it is she does, Kim Kardashian -- and her gorgeous sister Khloe -- played with some animals of the non-Hollywood club-going kind on Wednesday at an Australian zoo.

No word if anyone petted Kim's favorite pet -- her wild ass.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Angie Everhart has been charged with one count of driving under the influence after being popped in L.A. last week.

The actress was busted at 2:00 AM after LAPD officers saw her perform that famous California roll at a stop sign. She refused to submit to a sobriety test. We're told she made a point to the fuzz that her lawyer, famed OJ attorney turned LegalZoom.com guru Robert Shapiro, had advised her never to submit to such a test. The police determined she was under the influence.

BTW, by refusing to submit to a sobriety test, her license will automatically be suspended.
