Former "Desperate Housewives" star Jesse Metcalfe took a crushing right hook to the face -- and the whole thing was caught on tape!

The blow was delivered by a budding rapper who goes by the name of Mams. It all went down outside the Nicole Khristine Jewelry launch at Boulevard 3 nightclub last Thursday, after Jesse allegedly said something "really awful" that pissed off Mams, whose GF is actress Taryn Manning. Mams unleashed a ferocious blow that sent Metcalfe crumbling to the ground.

Hyper-preggers Halle Berry is just about to reach her breaking point ­ -- her water, that is ­ -- but we're told that it could be Berry tough going for Halle's birth, for a couple of reasons.

First, there's Halle's age. She's 41, and any later pregnancy has its own built-in risks. What's more, she's diabetic, and so her baby might end up being a big one, ­ which means that Halle could be in for a C-section.
