Britney and Cowboy Tony - Sweet Passing Game?
Britney Spears may have had a bad time of it at court on Friday, but she didn't seem to be too bothered later on in the company of Carrie Underwood's ex, Dallas Cowboy quarterback Tony Romo.
People reports that Brit and pal-assistant Alli Sims picked up Romo at Ketchup in L.A., then hit Les Deux with the former Underwood (and rumored Jessica Simpson) fling. Brit was "sitting with her friends and Tony. Everyone was just hanging out. Brit was upbeat, really seemed fine."
It seems that Sims is pals with Romo, and even dressed as a football player for a costume party on Saturday night.
Oprah – "So, So Sorry" for Alleged School Abuse
The all-girls school that Oprah Winfrey once described as her "dream" -- has become a nightmare for the talk-show queen -- and she was in South Africa to beg for forgiveness Sunday over sexual abuse allegations at the academy.
"I've disappointed you. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry," said a tearful Oprah, reports the New York Daily News, on her second trip to the school since the allegations broke. O has already put two school matrons and the principal of the school on leave since the scandal emerged. Pupils at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy have alleged physical and sexual abuse.
The allegations are being investigated by the South African police.

A plot to blackmail the British royal family with a tape allegedly showing drug use and a sex act by one of its own was foiled, the Times of London reports. French president Nicolas Sarkozy abruptly walked out of an interview with "60 Minutes'" anchor Lesley Stahl after she asked about his troubled marriage -- Nicolas left -- calling his press secretary an "imbecile" and the interview "stupid."
