His son was in a heinous car crash last week, which left his passenger in critical condition, but that didn't stop Hulk Hogan from fulfilling promotional obligations over the long weekend.
Hulk flexed his muscles for the crowd in Freedom, PA on Monday to promote the National Wave Campaign, an odd promotion which hopes to get people all over the country to wave a "uniting towel" for 15 minutes on the 4th of July.
