Hasselhoff's Ex Says Opri and Out

TMZ has learned Pamela Bach Hasselhoff is moving on from attorney Debra Opri and as we write this, she is having lunch with attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan. Kaplan repped K-Fed in his divorce with Britney Spears.
We tracked Kaplan down at the restaurant and with the help of a very nice maitre'd got Kaplan to come to the phone. He said he has not been hired yet but that could happen soon. He says Bach "wants to get this case on track." Bach lost custody last Friday.
Opri's rep, however, tells TMZ "Debra has not been fired." Technically, that's true. Bach must file substitution of attorney paperwork with the court for the change to be official.
