Donald on Miss Teen USA's Tail?

The Donald might have given Miss USA Tara Conner a reprieve, but he might not be through with her "little sister" -- and rumored hookup -- Miss Teen USA Katie Blair.

An inside source tells TMZ that Donald Trump is considering taking action against the 18-year-old Blair for her "improper behavior" with Miss USA, which has allegedly included underage drinking and hooking up with guys -- and Conner as well. We're told that he's paying extra-special attention to Blair.

Trump, according to our source, is also on the warpath to find out what's not being disclosed by pageant contestants in the wake of Conner's saga and the stripping of Miss Nevada Katie Rees' crown after racy photos surfaced this week. We're told that the Donald wants to know what these girls are hiding -- before they're allowed in the pageant.

Anna Nicole Smith was ordered yesterday to bring her 3-month-old daughter to California to allow for paternity tests sought by Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-boyfriend. According to Birkhead's rep, an L.A. Superior Court ruled that Anna Nicole and daughter Dannielynn were ordered to submit to paternity testing, which Birkhead believes will prove conclusively that he, not lawyer-boyfriend Howard K. Stern, is the father. "Christmas has come early," said Birkhead, "and I thank God that I will soon have the opportunity to prove that I am the father ... and eventually hold her in my arms." Neither Smith's attorney nor a Superior Court spokeswoman would confirm or deny the ruling.

Penelope Cruz likes playing a little girl grab-ass sometimes, even if it stokes speculation that she's a lesbian. She told an Australian newspaper (via MSBNC) that she wanted to kick things up a little at a press conference for her movie "Banditas," so she grabbed co-star (and good friend) Salma Hayek's butt. Well, of course, next thing you know, the rumors started flying that the two were together (which both have denied), and if you thought the sapphic-love buzz was loud here, Salma says it's a lot more unmissable in her native Mexico. "There are magazine covers in Mexico describing us as these lesbians because of that," she says.

Hilary Duff is going after her ex Joel Madden's newest girl -- Nicole Richie. According to Us Weekly, Duff has been calling her a "skank" around town, and Madden's been trying to reach Duff, who's been giving him the rebuff ... Speaking of Nicole Richie, her ex, DJ AM, is looking for a new lady, and what he's been asking around for is to be set up with "someone who has a name," says a pal to Page Six. "Basically, he knows he can charge a lot more when he is attached to a famous girlfriend." ... Punk-pop princess P!nk has taken up the cause of Australian sheep. She's become a spokeswoman for PETA, asking that consumers boycott products made with Australian wool, because their sheep are mistreated in a variety of ways.
