Heidi Gets Ready for Baby #3

Heidi Klum's starting to look like she's ready to pop.

The "Project Runway" host tried to hide her growing belly on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" today, wearing a tan flowy dress over her large baby bump.

Ellen presented the former Victoria's Secret model with a special gift - a two-seat bicycle equipped with a trailer to tote her and Seal's two other children in.

No word on if it came with five helmets.
