A Red Star Is Born

Is your life more exciting than those spoiled brats on "Laguna Beach?" Think you have what it takes to be the next teen reality star? If so then AOL RED wants to hear from you.

RED's "Be a Red Star" promotion is looking for teens aged 13-17 to send in audition tapes of their ideas for a reality show. The top ten auditions will be posted on their site and entered into an online voting competition.

The winner will receive $10,000 and get three episodes of their show made and aired on AOL RED.

The show concept can be about whatever you dream up, including talk, variety, game or makeover shows.

But all you wannabe Kristin Cavallaris better get crackin'. All submissions must be postmarked by August 21.
