Fergie and the Peas Go Def
Web-only video content is all the rage now and we'll see more and more of this kind of thing in the coming months. The Black Eyed Peas are the latest to join the craze with a series of online exclusive short films complete with futuristic story lines and comic-book style graphics ala Jessica Alba's "Sin City."
The hip-hop foursome discover they have superpowers and begin a life of fighting crime and taking on bad guys. The first two "webisodes" - "The Knockout" and "Still We Rise" can be seen at www.InstantDef.com. In addition, you can view the Instant Def trailer for scenes from upcoming episodes, check out photos of the cast in their superhero attire and download screen savers and wallpapers for your PC. "You know, this is fresh," will.i.am said after working on the creative process. Oh, and after all the hard work of filming something tells me they all sat around enjoying a Snickers...
