A sweaty and shirtless Gavin Rossdale took a break from his tennis game to divulge info on his and wife Gwen Stefani's new baby boy Kingston James McGregor.

Rossdale says he was in the delivery room with Stefani and is just glad that everything turned out well.

According to dad, little Kingston has hair, likes to eat and is a "good boy."

As far as getting through the night with his newborn, Rossdale admits he is "getting use to the routine."
