In February, Spears, who is currently pregnant with her second child, was spotted in Malibu driving with her son, Sean Preston, unrestrained in her lap. Sheriff deputies were dispatched on the behalf of the Department of Children and Family Services to Spears' Malibu home, but charges were not pursued.
