Young Hollywood took a break from the usual club scene on Friday to help support a good cause at the 13th Annual Race to Erase MS gala.

Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton, Rachel Bilson and Kelly Osbourne were just some of the celebrities who arrived dressed to the nines at the event which raises money to fight multiple sclerosis.
