Lance Hits Party Scene in Hollywood

It was no joke. Lance Armstrong was out on April Fool's night at Club Privilege in Hollywood, where TMZ's cameras caught the sexy cyclist getting very cozy with a mystery woman. Looks like Armstrong has, ahem, gotten back on the bike just fine after calling off his engagement from Sheryl Crow in February.
