Hollywood's Hottest Rumors: Plasti-Paris?

THE RUMOR: Paris Hilton is having plastic surgery.
Paris Hilton likes doing what's hot. In Hollywood, plastic surgery is hot hot hot. So, what about Paris' recent visits to a fashionable cosmetic surgery center?

WHERE IT STARTED: The normally 'publicity loving' Hilton was spotted this month going into The Modern Institute of Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, as incognito as Paris can be.

HOW IT SPREAD: Paris, 25, first visited the facility on March 8. When the heiress left, she happily posed for the paparazzi. But when Paris appeared for an encore visit at the Institute the following Saturday, she was way more undercover, wearing a hooded top and large sunglasses.

Someone on the scene told TMZ that Paris clearly did not want to be seen and that she was in a "foul mood" when photogs began snapping pictures.

THE TMZ LOWDOWN: The popular surgery center is run by Dr. Ryan Stanton, a certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has operated on over a thousand patients, including celebrities.

Dr. Stanton charges a cool $5,500 for a standard 'boob job,' while basic liposuction goes for $3,500 plus $1,000 for each 'additional area.'

The good doctor also specializes in anti-aging treatments through special vitamins, trace minerals, amino acids and other synthetic nutrients. And The Institute is renowned for its chemical peels.

Someone from The Institute told TMZ that the first visit Paris made was for a 'Simple Life' shoot, but the second visit was not related to her TV show.

The fact is, if Paris had significant work done, she'd be M.I.A. for at least a few days. Yet TMZ cameraman Josh Levine has seen Paris almost every day this month, and there are no signs that she's had any work done. Even a chemical peel leaves skin obviously irritated and red for days -- yet no sign of trouble on Paris' face. So, has the 25-year-old heiress already gone the road of Cher?
