C'MON NOW!

Tupac in his prime might've been down to have a pic of his junk out in the public -- but not a 46-year-old Pac had he survived ... which is just one reason his pal doesn't want it sold.

We spoke to Outlawz member E.D.I. Mean about Pac's ex-GF attempting to sell an old photo of his frank and beans -- and while he says he understands the possible reason behind it ... he doesn't approve.

Sounds like E.D.I.'s making a case for good old-fashioned respect -- which he doesn't believe this ex has much if she's seriously trying to hawk Pac's photo.

As for whether the man himself would be flattered ... E says age changes everything.

Shakur Family: NO ONE Had Permission to Smoke Tupac!

Tupac Shakur's mother would "never participate in smoking her son" ... a family spokesperson tells TMZ.

As TMZ previously reported, members of the The Outlawz -- Tupac's former rap group -- released a video for VladTV.com in which they claim they rolled up Pac's ashes with weed and smoked him up at a family memorial event. The rappers claim Pac's mother was present at the time.

But the family spokesperson tells us ... no one in the Shakur family EVER signed off on the Pac puff 'n pass ... especially his mother, Afeni.

The family rep tells us ... the Shakurs simply don't know if there's any truth to the claims made by the Outlawz -- but if they DID smoke Tupac, they "would have had to sneak the remains past the family member in charge of keeping an eye on the ashes at the memorial."

The rep tells us ... no one in the family would ever approve of the act -- but they currently don't plan on pursuing any action against The Outlawz.

Tupac's Homies We SMOKED His Ashes!

Members of a rap group founded by Tupac Shakur have released a new video in which they claim they rolled up Pac's ashes with marijuana and SMOKED him after he passed away.

The Outlawz -- most famous for the Biggie Smalls diss track "Hit 'em Up" -- said, "Yeah, it's definitely true" ... claiming it all went down at a beach memorial for Pac -- and his mom was present at the time.

The rappers claim the idea was inspired by a lyric in one of Tupac's songs in which he said, "Last wishes n**gas, smoke my ashes."

So ... the Outlawz say they simply followed Pac's request -- explaining, "We twist up some of that great-granddaddy California kush ...and mixed the big homie with it ... so you know, [Tupac is] flowin' through our system."

Thanks to our friends at VladTV.com for the clip.
