The 'Bachelorette' star shared the news in an Instagram post Saturday morning ... telling fans she and her fiancé, comedian Jeff Arcuri, planned to travel the world before settling in NYC -- but, they had to cut it short so she could deal with getting medical coverage for her illness.

She says her recent life has run her through a gauntlet of emotions ... from anger, sadness to denial -- before she emerged on the other side ready to fight cancer.

Jenn Tran is off the market -- she's just made her relationship with Sasha Farber Insta-official in the biggest way possible.

After weeks of keeping their sizzling "Dancing with the Stars" chemistry under wraps, Jenn finally hit the hard-launch button sharing a video of them enjoying a candlelit Valentine’s date night.

The pair were hitting all the V-Day staples ... sipping wine, feeding each other chocolate-covered strawberries, and getting cozy. And Jenn was looking utterly divine, with the dim lighting setting the perfect vibe for their romantic evening.

We caught up with the former 'Bachelorette' star outside LAX on Tuesday, where she shared how she's doing after wrapping up a major part of her divorce from her former hubby.

As Rachel tells us ... she's feeling "great" after agreeing to the settlement, which saw her walking away with their North Hollywood home, a Porsche Macan, artwork and other assets.

Before this cool kid rockin' a summer tan turned into a reality TV star and a fitness app creator, he was just playing in the San Diego sand and playing with shaving cream as young kiddo.

He first emerged on the Hollywood scene when he went on Season 15 of "The Bachelorette" and although it didn't work out with Hannah Brown, he ultimately found love in paradise ... so much so he got down on one knee and popped the question to his beautiful blonde partner!

Ex 'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsay won't have to fork over monthly spousal support anymore to her ex, Bryan Abasolo -- they've finally reached a settlement and split up their assets.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Bryan gets a Miami property they owned, a 2021 Honda Accord, several bank accounts, his Breitling watch and some LLCs in the fitness biz.

For her part, Rachel gets their North Hollywood home, a 2023 Porsche Macan, some Jad Najjar paintings and photos and other bank accounts. She and Bryan are splitting the equity she gets from an upstart sports organization called the Fan Controlled Football League.

Former 'Bachelorette' star Ali Fedotowsky is joining the ranks of others calling out Ellen DeGeneres over the years, claiming the talk show host made her feel stupid on her talk show.

Ali dished the deets on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s "Off the Vine" podcast, saying her 2010 sit-down with Ellen left her feeling "pretty not great" -- claiming that instead of laughing with her, it felt like Ellen was laughing at her as she nervously tried to bring the charm and wit.

Ali didn’t totally go after Ellen, clarifying she didn’t think she was being mean or a bad person -- she chalked up Ellen's demeanor to the monotony of doing the same job day in, day out.

Andi Dorfman was hospitalized over the weekend, just days after giving birth to her first baby after experiencing an unexpected medical emergency.

The former "Bachelorette" star posted on her Instagram Story on Saturday saying a week after giving birth to her first child with Blaine Hart, she began experiencing "a ton of pain" which later led to doctors diagnosing her with a large and small hematoma -- essentially blood that pools up someplace inside your body.

The reality star says she underwent a quick and safe procedure to handle the issue. She wrote, "Lesson Learned: No matter how clueless you are about motherhood, you still know your body best! Listen to it! Yes, recovery is tough and everyone is different but your instincts are valid (and probably right)."

Rachel Lindsay was seen spending a lot of time this weekend with what may be a new male companion who has ties to a major A-list artist ... TMZ has learned.

Witnesses tell us the former "Bachelorette" star and Willie Jones, who collaborated on Beyonce's Cowboy Carter album, were spotted together on Friday at iHeart’s Jingle Ball in Los Angeles.

Tuesday's season finale of "The Bachelorette" had a disastrous conclusion as Jenn Tran broke down in tears as she described how she was ultimately dumped by her suitor Devin Strader.

The drama unfolded when Tran came out onstage and sat down with host Jesse Palmer for ABC's 3-hour Bachelorette finale – after JP announced to the audience there was no happy ending in this love story.

Tran described what happened, saying after she and Strader had gotten engaged in Hawaii, she felt as if it was the happiest time in her life.
