Teddi Mellencamp may be single but she isn't alone ... the reality star has confirmed she's currently living with her best friend, Kyle Richards, amid their respective marriage woes.

The former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star shared the update during Thursday's episode of the "Two Ts In A Pod" podcast ... surprising not only listeners, but her guest host, Erika Jayne, too.

On the pod -- which is normally cohosted by Teddi and Tamra Judge -- Teddi revealed the tidbit after telling Erika she spotted the Bravo personality filming a scene for 'RHOBH' in Kyle's "glam room."

Vicki Gunvalson clearly can roll with the punches ... even the jabs that came with her recent hot mic moment on Nick Viall's podcast, The Viall Files, that has fans buzzing.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" OG tells TMZ … she gave her blessing for Nick's podcast team to use the now-viral recording where she forgot to hang up the call after their interview. She tells us Nick's side reached out before making the clip public ... and she played it cool. She says she honestly couldn’t remember what she said because she thought she’d already hung up ... so, go to town!

But Vicki has a condition. In exchange for the use of her momentary mishap, she had her team reach out to Nick's team on Wednesday, asking him to now appear on her podcast, "My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast."

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Thanksgiving holiday had plenty of family drama ... we've learned cops were called after the estranged couple got into a heated exchange in front of their kids just before Turkey Day.

In a new incident report obtained by TMZ ... the Milton Police Department explains they were dispatched on Wednesday to Kim and Kroy's Georgia home -- which is set to be auctioned off today -- for a domestic violence call.

Per the report, Kim says she and Kroy got into a tense argument while taking curtains down in their home ... with "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum painting her estranged hubby as the aggressor. She claims Kroy got confrontational with her, resulting in him physically removing her from the ladder by throwing her to the ground.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's ongoing financial and marital drama has taken another turn — cause TMZ has learned the estranged couple is now officially living apart as their Georgia mansion heads to the auction block.

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... Kim and Kroy secured their own, separate rental houses not far from where their longtime marital home is. We're told their 4 minor children — Kroy Jr., Kash, Kaia, and Kane — will split their time between their parents' rental homes.

The two now living apart marks a significant shift in their contentious divorce saga, which has played out in court and in public. Until this week, the pair had been living under the same roof in their sprawling 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate, despite over a year of mounting financial troubles.

Mauricio Umansky may as well file for divorce today, if 'RHOBH' star Sutton Stracke is telling the truth.
