John O'Hurley went after former Prez Obama in a big way ... saying he won a Nobel Peace Prize for nothing and therefore Trump should get one for trying to de-nuclearize North Korea.
We got John in WeHo Saturday night leaving Craig's ... and the staunch conservative praised Trump for trying to show North Koreans there's a better life "on the other side."
