Caitlyn Jenner Paparazzi Chased, Distracted Me in PCH Accident ... They Should Pay Too
Caitlyn Jenner says paparazzi were a major contributing factor in her fatal 2015 PCH car crash by chasing and tailgating her ... so they should pay at least some of the damages.
Jenner filed new docs in the lawsuit filed by one of the families, claiming a number of paparazzi were driving recklessly to get the prized photo of her behind the wheel.
She called the photogs "stalkers," saying she was "visually distracted" in a situation where split seconds mattered.
Jenner also pointed a finger at Jessica Steindorff -- the woman who was driving the Prius Jenner hit -- saying Jessica was on her cell phone and sat parked on PCH when she should have been moving.
Jenner is angling to deflect some of the financial consequences by apportioning monitory damages based on the negligence of her, the paps and Steindorff.
