Scott Disick is good at what he does -- whatever that is -- because he's managed to snag a new girlfriend and at the same time and in the same city squire his baby mama's mother and sister around.

Scott was in Cannes Monday, rubbing elbows with Kris Jenner and holding hands with Kendall at Paul Allen's yacht party.
