Guns N' Roses blew the roof off T-Mobile Arena Friday night ... and thanks to a broken foot, Axl Rose did it all from a Rock 'n' Roll throne.
The band played its first of two sold out Vegas gigs and Axl got a little help from a smokin' hot nurse and wheelchair. The band shockingly played 23 songs, despite its chair-bound lead singer. On the upside, Slash, Duff and Richard had plenty of space to work the stage.
As TMZ reported ... Axl broke the bone last week during the band's show at The Troubadour.
