Amber Rose took a big ole chunk of Kim Kardashian's ass and planted it squarely on her new emoji app ... at least that's what friends are telling her.

Sources close to Amber tell TMZ she and Kim have a ton of mutual friends ... and Amber's phone has been blowing up all morning about the release of her new MuvaMoji app. We're told everyone can see a ton of similarities, if not exact copies, between several of the images.

Compare the emojis side by side, and it's kinda obvious ... facial expressions, a peach, booty, boob and strippers on poles.

Bottom line? Both are killing it in the app store, so maybe there IS room for 2 big asses.
