It's pretty clear now ... Scott Disick isn't concerned about drinking after his rehab sting -- he's lounging poolside with hot chicks down in Mexico.

Scott surfaced at Joe Francis' home in Punta Mita along with at least 5 babes in bikinis ... including one Kendall Jenner look-alike.

We'll say this ... at least he's hyrdating. Scott downed agua while taking some phone calls, but switched to cervezas when it was time to chill with the ladies.
