Bobbi Kristina's Boyfriend Nick Gordon: Prosecutors Hung Me Out to Dry

Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend feels vindicated by her autopsy findings -- thinking it proves he had nothing to do with her death, but he's pissed prosecutors sat on the info for so long.

Members of Nick Gordon's legal team tell TMZ ... the just released report shows Bobbi Kristina was in the throes of serious drug addiction, and that can't possibly be pinned on Gordon.

As we reported, she had weed, cocaine, morphine (possibly from heroin), anti-anxiety pills and booze in her system.

Additionally, they point to the Medical Examiner's notes -- the findings refute earlier media reports that Bobbi Kristina had injuries on her face. The ME could not determine if her death was accidental or intentional.

But we're told his legal team, lead by Jose Baez, are most upset prosecutors kept the report under seal for nearly a year ... since they feel it clears his name. It was unsealed only after members of the media pressured them to release it. Nick feels that if it was shown to the public sooner, the perception of him would be totally different.
