Mandy Moore: Alleged Stalker Charged, Sent For Mental Evaluation
Mandy Moore Alleged Stalker Charged ... Getting Mental Evaluation
The man who's allegedly shown up multiple times at Mandy Moore's house will not dodge prosecution this time.
The L.A. City Attorney's office just filed three misdemeanor charges against Salahudin Moultaali -- stalking, violating a restraining order and trespassing. Mandy says he left several notes claiming to be God, Satan & the Devil and demanded to speak with her.
Moultaali was arrested for doing the same thing 3 times in less than 2 weeks.
If convicted, he faces up to 2.5 years behind bars. In addition to the charges, we're told Moultaali will be given a mental evaluation.
As TMZ reported ... the DA's office rejected Moultaali's case from his second arrest last Wednesday for "lack of evidence." He was back at Moore's pad on Friday.
