Photogs spoke with Liam Friday at LAX and flat out asked him if the group was donezo ... his response? A very emphatic "no, no, no, no, no." It's interesting, he also has a bit to say about Zayn Malik and it sounds like the two are on good terms again.

Payne also posted a quick snippet of his new song where he raps, and we gotta admit ... kid's got some bars.
