Tamar Braxton: Out Of The Hospital But Not Outta The Woods

Tamar Braxton is on the mend ... out and about after doctors found blood clots on her lungs which forced her to hang up her "Dancing with the Stars" shoes.

Our photog got Tamar and hubby Vince leaving a CVS Tuesday in Woodland Hills ... just hours after she was released from the hospital. Tamar is ecstatic, though not 100%.
