Disney Sued Man Says 'Wreck-It Ralph' Stole His Ideas
Disney's "Wreck-It Ralph" was a stolen idea from a rejected TV show ... at least according to one guy who's suing for $10 million.
Dyke Robinson tells TMZ he created a book series called "Digiland" and even pitched the idea to Disney execs for a TV show in 2012. But according to the docs, Disney pulled the plug after reading Robinson's script.
Later that year, Robinson watched 'Wreck-It Ralph' and says he was shocked to see it was riddled with his 'Digiland' imagery.
Robinson claims the land called "Sugar Rush" in W-IR, made entirely of candy was all his idea. He gets specific, saying the movie jacked his sweet ground and sugar-fertilized trees.
Robinson is asking for $10 million in damages ... not a huge amount considering the movie made $400 million.
