Dolly Parton Theme Park Our Ride Didn't Break ... You JUMPED!!
Dolly Parton's amusement park says it's not to blame for a woman allegedly suffering brain damage when she fell out of one of its rides ... because she did it to herself.
TMZ broke the story, Tedi and Derryl Brown sued Dollywood last year ... saying Tedi plummeted from a revolving swing ride. But in new legal docs obtained by TMZ, team Dolly says the accident was fully Tedi's fault because it couldn't have happened any other way.
The park says a person must "intentionally unlatch" the lap bar to get out of a seat on the ride. It also says the ride had not come to a complete stop when Tedi decided to bail, and that's what caused her injuries.
Tedi is suing for $475,000 but Dollywood wants the case tossed.
