Scott Disick found himself a Kardashian-recovery group -- led by French Montana, and best of all ... there could be a paycheck in it for him!

The Lord was hanging on the set with music video director Carlos Suarez. Based on the get up he's sporting -- shirtless in a fur coat -- we'd say he's definitely got a role, but then again ... this is Scott. So, hard to tell for sure.

Either way, interesting that Scott and French are still tight. There IS life after Kourtney and Khloe. There's NO way Kris Humphries is on this shoot, right?
