Brandon Jennings is throwing the last shovel of dirt on Meek Mill's rap grave, and insists Meek's got no one to blame but himself.

The Pistons star was leaving 1 OAK on the Sunset Strip and didn't hesitate when we brought up the Drake-Meek mess, saying ... "His career just got started, now it's done."

Of course, Brandon -- who just came back from OVO Fest -- got in the middle of the feud last week when he posted a pic of himself writing Meek a check for $150 to stop rapping.
